Josh must have potential

he sure gets alot of minuted over Sikam...  even though hs missed layup and dropped pass out of bounds that would have been nother layup - wideopen...  at total loss.

Can Henderson dunk, can he tough the rim?

I honestly don't think he can get rim. His offensive game is pitiful but to his credit he has played fairly well on defense. Keeps his arms up and makes it hard for them to shoot over him. I'll give him credit there. But offensively he's playing pitiful.

Haha he tried to rip the backboard down. Maybe this game will sort of wake him up. He's like a shark man, once he smells blood he GOES IN FOR THE KILL!!!

Re: Josh must have potential

Henderson needs to toughen up - go strong to the hoop and quit pump faking undecisively underneath the rim. His play is reminiscent of AJ Ogilvy on his very worst days. We won this game, but largely in spite of Josh's soft play.

(Note to the sensitive others on this board: I am not "ripping" Henderson. I am just giving my unbiased assessment of his play. I am sure he's a stand-up person and has a good head on his shoulders. However, he is not a basketball player but for his height.

Great that we have to put in a disclaimer so as not to offend anyone.

Josh DOES have potential

He looked to me to show some serious improvement today. Inactivity and lack of playing time have held him back, but I am seeing some improvement. Today was his best game yet. He is our only inside offensive threat and he is becoming a legitimate option. I am glad we have him. As he gets more confident and really imposes himself he could be a huge impact for us. Give him a chance.

sports(highBBIQ) He does look tentative and needs to get stronger. But rumor is, he reads the board and is trying  to get a few more comments from you about his game.

Re: Josh DOES have potential

I'm not sure which Hendo you were watching today, but the one I saw fumbled/turned over three or four great passes that were easy buckets.  He has a semi-mean streak, but he desperately needs to hit the weights and bulk up.  He has zero confidence with the ball on offense right now.
