Great kid and player.  I coached him at Blackman Middle and he took us to a middle school state sectional championship game appearance in which we lost to Corn Elder, Ensworth, and Tae Martin, Siegel.  Elder and Martin played together for the Central Middle Tigers, which is now Central Magnet.  Loads of talent on the floor that day!

Then you know about the team Rock Springs had the next year with Ferby and Marquis in the backcourt (won the state or finished 2nd I think? dusted Central Middle in the sub-state game at LaVergne Middle even without Deloren Sparks dressed out)
