In this week's Jason King column on ESPN.com, King and four of his colleagues (a very small sample size) voted on the best X and O coaches in the sport. Coach K, Bill Self and Tom Izzo were at the top of the ranking of the 10 best, but at the top of the "also receiving votes" category was CKS.
What's as interesting to me is who is NOT on the list. Tom Crean and Jim Boeheim each got one vote. Roy Williams and John Calipari got none.
Ranking the best X's and O's coaches in college basketball, in order of total points, with number of first-place votes in parentheses (voters: Eamonn Brennan, Andy Katz, Myron Medcalf, Dana O'Neil and me).
