How ironic, that basketball...the sport that kept VU in the SEC despite others that wanted to kick Vanderbilt out of the SEC ... is now an embarrassment to Vanderbilt University.
I simply do not understand how a school with the best basketball venue in the country, the best basketball fans in the country and a positive historic tradition (unlike VU football and baseball) ... is in the position that the program is today.
I'm not saying that I agree or disagree, but you do make very valid points.
