Well no, because your comparison isn't true.The "rankings" of our recruiting class so far, are squarely in line with Franklin's recruiting. Mostly 3-stars with very few 4-stars mixed in.
Also, keep this in mind: How many of Franklin's 4-star recruits will be starting this fall? Zero.
