HC Kliff Kingsbury will hold a 1:30 pm news conference on Friday to announce his new coaching staff. TexasTechTV will carry live.

Sweet. As the hires started happening in the last week, and I had time to reflect, the more confidence I got in them. Seems like KK got his guys he wanted. Very excited about jinks and the Iowa coach. This staff has the potential to do something very special.

I never had any doubts that KK knew exactly what he wanted and would accomplish his goals. We have a new direction and I'll bet it's going to be the best one we've ever had. Coach Kingsbury is a winner and this program will rise under his leadership.  |
