Re: Recipe Time .....

One hour before the game - call Chick-fil-a
Order LARGE NUGGETS TRAY w/ CHICK-FIL-A SAUCE
Pick up and be home 30 minutes before the game.
Dip nuggets in sauce. Put in mouth and chew slowly.
Serve with raw carrots and George Killian. Enjoy. biggrin

PeeDee, sounds good, I think I will try that this weekend.  Does the vinegar leave much of an after taste ?  Does not bother me, I like vinegar based BQ but the kids not so much.
PeeDeeCock wrote: Today's game -

6 boneless chicken breasts (cut into bite size pieces)

Marinade-

1/2 cup Basalmic vinegar
1/4 cup teryaki sauce
1/4 cup white wine
minced garlic, salt & pepper (to your personal liking)

Let sit overnight in fridge

Two cooking methods I use  (depends on where and why)

Oven - preheat to 350

place "nuggets" on broiling rack for about 20 minutes

Grill - I use a stir-fry basket for the grill to keep them from falling through the grate.
cook on med high heat stirring every few minutes.

The grill is best!

Toothpicks to serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
