What an embarrassment for the SEC.

Apparently they though all they had to do was show up.....which is all they have done. 
They look very uninspired and very mistake prone

I have to admit I was pulling for Louisville...the score didn't reflect how much they dominated the gaytors. UF was lucky Louisville didn't hang 50 on them! Very poor performance by Florida!

But the best part was watching that a$$, Muschamp go ballistic on the sidelines...classic.

embarrassment or not, UF and LSU both losing only means that the only way we have to go is up and I love it!

honestly, i think it has more to do w/ matchups than florida being bad... if i had to guess, i'd say clemson would beat florida, but lose to louisville... we struggle w/ good passing teams, but excel vs teams that play run first... example: we struggled vs nc state, but our D looked great vs LSU.  i think matchups are more important than who is more talented.  there's no doubt that UL isn't as talented as FL, but it was just a bad matchup for FL. 

and, as for y'all... y'all beat yourself vs florida... who knows what would have happened if you'd played them w/o giving them all those TO's...

but, i think it's safe to say that the SEC is not as dominant as everyone would like to believe.

Coaches in the SEC focus on winning the conference and treat the bowl as a reward. Spurrier said that for several years after he arrived. He also said that about the Clemson game. He wants to win the SEC, period. Thankfully, he now knows what is important to our fans.

I have no idea what the Gators were thinking going into that bowl game, but they were a much different team than the one we played...they are a long way from being a "bad team".....Florida won eleven games this year basically without an offense. That won't be the case in 2013 with most of the offense coming back .... If their juniors on defense stay in school instead of going to the NFL they will probably win the National Championship next year...they also have an unbelievable recruiting class coming in...their loss to Thuga was an aberration, turning the ball over six times and still almost winning on the last play....I think it just shows how weird bowl games can be...I was really worried that we wouldn't show up for our game and let Michigan win, but we did just enough to get by....remember our bowl losses to Iowa and Connecticut ??? If we beat the Gators next year we will have a shot at the MNC...period.

Sure, I know what we did, I just wonder why we take one game off every year that costs us a chance to play in a championship?

Maybe we can fix it next year.

It also has to do with one team thinking that they can walk over another team, or if they don't really want to be there. Most good teams have been known to lay an egg or two.

That being said...I found myself pulling for Louisville for whatever reason. Maybe it's the underdog role...maybe it's knowing that the ACC is going to suck the life out of them just like BC, VT, Miami..and they just don't know it yet.

That is good news !! Hope a few more of them go as well...

Turnovers kill, especially if they are numerous. I am still thinking Florida was overrated. Coach Strong had his guys ready to play.

This is pretty much how FSU lost to UF.  Frustrating.

If only the Panthers won 1 of the 3 chokejobs they had this year, I would've been 100% for both.  

Of course as a fan, I wish they didn't have the 3 chokejobs at all period.  

But thanks man, I was just trying to be as realistic as I could with predictions.
