Marcus first of 2 surgery's today

Just heard on the radio Marcus will undergo the first of 2 scheduled surgery's today. Prayers going out for a favorable outcome.
I like taters, franch fried taters, tater tots, tater salad, tater soup. But my most favorite tater is one that just got whooped by a gamecock.

I've been praying for him every day.

I have been too. I'm thinking about him every day. I am daydreaming about a triumphant return to the Carolina gridiron if he wants to play in Williams Brice one more time. I can hear the roar of the crowd when he first runs onto the field and looks at his momma. I can hear the crowd yelling Marcus, Marcus, Marcus! and I can see him in my mind breaking the line of scrimmage busting loose from a couple of tackles and making that signature cut to the left and bursting into the end-zone for another Marcus Lattimore touchdown. I dream of a spectacular season, the Heisman Trophy, and later, the first pick in the NFL draft.

Some nights trying to go to sleep, I'll play a whole game against, say, Georgia, and the first play from scrimmage he goes 75 yards for a score. Last year it was 80. We always score 3 tds in the first few minutes of my game, one on offense, one on defense and one on special teams before the other team makes a first down and then I nod off to sleep with a smile on my face.

Franky, we are undefeated in my games.

Once, I was mad at Dabo and so, after tossing and turning for a while, I turned to my guaranteed go to sleep mode, and we beat the crap out of Clemson 70-0. Then WVa actually laid 70 on them.

I hope it goes well for Marcus. Does anybody know what type of surgery he is having?

More than likely the initial surgery would be to stabilize the joint and clean up the debris but I don't know for sure. Haven't heard anything official yet.

I think they looked at the ligaments and maybe did the first of two repairs to stabilize his knee. He will rehab that in preparation for the next surgery. I am concerned about his previous weight lose. I hope he is drinking some high caloric nutrition drinks. I feel sure he is. I know he continued to work out his body in the previous torn knee. He needs to keep his weight on to heal.

Talking about Marcus during the Cinncinati / Denver game.  Said they talked with McGahee and he said he had texted Marcus and would be glad to talk with him in the future.

They were saying Marcus should look at Willis McGahee's example.

The whole country is pulling for you Marcus!
