Re: Northwestern vs. Nebraska
This type of game certainly plays to Nebraska's favor.
The Cats don't exactly love to push the basketball, but Nebraska – the less-talented team – just wants to hang around.
Huskers have some big bodies, though I don't think anyone can guard Swopshire when he's on his game.
7-5 NU at the second media timeout. Unimpressive so far, but all Big Ten road games are tough.

Re: Northwestern vs. Nebraska
Swopshire has been excellent this afternoon. 7 points and 9 boards for the senior.
Sobolewski providing a spark as well. Knocked down three triples in the first half to keep NU in it.
Quiet performances from Hearn and a lack of offensive production, though, are leading to serious struggles for Northwestern.
With 16:38 left in the second half, this tricky Nebraska team leads 28-26.

This type of performance is exactly what you get with this system when the 3-pointers aren't falling. No offensive punch, no inside presence, no transition scoring. That really looked bad from where I was sitting.
