Most overrated high school recruit in the country?

Jabari Parker! Pretty good at a lot of things, great at none!

I've seen him a handful of times in person and he's pretty spectacular. It's hard to judge him fairly right now. He shouldn't be on the court, as this foot injury is clearly lingering.

Chris,
The kid must really be hurting. Looks slow, no hops, weak shot, 5 traveling penalties in a HS game. Looks like a "tweener" at next level. Don't see him getting done inside at top level. I'll take his teammate who's heading to Illini.

With all due respect, you saw Jabari play one game which was possibly the worst of his career. He broke his foot and rushed back, obviously that wasn't a good decision but it speaks to his character-he understands what he means to his team and is trying his best to contribute while rehabbing. I'd rather he rest the foot, but that's just me.

As someone who has seen Parker play probably 12-15 times over the course of the past couple years, let me tell you that the hype is absolutely warranted. Jabari is a small forward at the pro level but has played all five positions in high school and will probably bounce around in the more fluid college game. His best "skill" is his innate feel for the game, understanding of basketball and ability to make adjustments to help his team win, which is all he does-3 state titles in 3 years.

There's not a college team in the country that a healthy Jabari Parker wouldn't start for right now. Please make your judgments on more than a game he shouldn't have been playing in to begin with.

There's also not a single coach in the country that would take Kendrick Nunn over Parker-not knocking Nunn at all.

I've seen Jabari Parker at 100%  He is the best High School Player in the Nation.  As soon as he gets back into shape, and get his rhythm back and into the flow of the game it will be obvious.  Saying Jabari isnt as good as advertised will be like doing "stand-up" comedy.
