Going to ucla this weekend and likely getting an offer. Not a good sign but they have had some issues recently with the inmates running the asylum so that may play against them

I asked Noah if his decision would still come soon. He replied: "I am not sure I will let you know."

Thanks for the update Chris. I really want Allen to commit/sign with WSU.

Supposedly between us and Washington State.  He lives on West Coast but a degree from NU would open many doors that a WSU degree won't.  Will be interesting to see what he decides.

UCLA offered Allen

I would be shocked if Allen picked WSU or Northwestern over UCLA.

Just got a text from WSU SF hoops prospect Noah Allen. He was at UCLA this weekend for an official visit and the Bruins offered # Cougs

Re: UCLA offered Allen

I disagree-UCLA will have a harder time guaranteeing minutes. They've signed two talented wings already for their 2013 class and will have plenty of returning talent even after Shabazz and Anderson inevitably go pro. It's not that clear cut here. UCLA could be a good fit, but Allen will undoubtedly be recruited over if he goes there and he's taking a risk if he picks them. NU and WSU each have other things to offer that are good sells. I'm not directly hearing anything about Allen's recruitment but by no means, at least from the outside looking in, is UCLA the end-all be-all in his decision.
