Predictions for the year?
The B1G is SO strong this year - the opposite of football. Just look at all the top ranked teams - Indiana, Michigan, Ohio State, Michigan State. Minnesota and Purdue aren't slouches either, and Iowa will be much improved.
At least this year we'll have the height to compete on the boards and defense. Will be interesting to see if Carmody can work his magic and we can win enough B1G games to go to the Big Dance.
What do people think our chances are to go?

This year's team in last year's B1G..they go dancing. Against this year's B1G....gotta wait and see.

I'd agree. This Big Ten is going to be incredible. And a lot of us are up on Minnesota, especially. It's a tough conference with some very talented teams.

This is a much different team from last year, even with many of the same players. This team will play with toughness and fire, while last year's team needed -- and failed -- to catch fire.

Hope you're right Chris. Personally, I think it will take some time to gell - if they are undefeated after Maryland, I'll be more optimistic. Right now, I'm let's wait and see.

I believe this is a season the BigTen can get possibly 9 teams in the NCAA tournament. The BigTen will be a treat to watch this season. Alot of good teams very competitive league to look forward too
