Really well done piece, and I definitely agree with the points. Mick deserves plenty of praise for the work he did this year.

I have disagreed with many points you have made in your stories this year but this is not one of them. I absolutely agree that McCall has done a tremendous job this year. He is a talented game day coach and a better developer of talent. I hope we keep him but I fear we may not be so lucky.
