5-3 Michigan State in an interesting game.
Michigan State sacked Colter in the endzone for a safety and now continues to drive the ball downfield with remarkable success. Maxwell having one of his better games.

After a promising opening drive, Northwestern's momentum has stalled. MSU has controlled the ball and the clock with Bell. The safety didn't help.

Big goal line stand helped by a suspect ruling on Le'Veon Bell's third-down carry gives NU the ball at their own 4. Chance to go into the break with a lead.

Awful first half from both teams. Budzien converted his field goal attempt late in the half to give NU a 6-5 lead.
