Is their womens team as bad as their mens? Yes. It would be a really bad loss. Their RPI is 121, and strength of schedule is 119. State's RPI is 68, and SOS is 23.

Wake up 64-48 with 3:48 left. Last media timeout. Wake leads 64-48 with 3:48 left, Deacs with 25 fast break points in the game, has been the difference today State has 18 turnovers.

I have had a wait-and-see attitude with Kellie, but she clearly is not getting the job done. The lack of talent and conditioning of the team is evident. Even though Wake has improved, today's loss is flat-out embarrassing. DY has to make a change at the end of the season.

The team took a giant step backward today. Poor shooting, excessive turnovers, and bad defense will get you every time.

I doubt KH will be back without a dramatic turnaround from this team. And that's probably not happening.

I remember when people were worried about Harper leaving for Tennessee. I really thought she would be successful here. For those that follow women's basketball, what is the problem?

The problem is this coaching staff is in way over their heads trying to coach in the ACC. It's largely guess work trying to determine if someone at a lower level of coaching can advance to a much higher level successfully. Sometimes it takes a couple of years to make the adjustment, but now I think it is quite obvious it is not going to happen. The longer Kellie stays in a sinking program she has no capability of turning around, the worse it is on her ultimate coaching future. And the longer the program stays mired in the current level of performance, the harder it will be for anyone to pull it up.

After her 1st year, didn't KH say she was going to get them in better shape?

Time for KH to go. But, a big NO to Glance.
Go outside the family. Nationwide search. Which is exactly what DY has done in coaching searches to date.

Terrible loss... DY needs to go ahead and start searching for the inevitable replacement... or at least getting the list culled down to the ones she is going to make a sell too... I just don't see Harper here as the coach next season....
If winning the recruiting war and brining in talent (or lack thereof) is what led to TOB's sacking at the end of the season; then you have have to believe that this is just another case of the same thing.... we just simiply dont have the talent to complete and combined with some other poor dimensions of our coaching staff we just can't complete in the ACC with by holding the status quo.

Barring an incredible turnaround and I mean at least 20 wins and tourney appearance, she is done. Yow has established that mediocre or slightly above average will not be retained.
