Didn't realize Zo had 12 and 12 with 5 RB. and some people say he didn't show up  OK maybe he didn't

He got beat bad off the dribble several times and his back to back turnovers were a huge swing for Carolina. It wasn't anywhere close to his best game. |

Wanted to go Wood, but Howell was just such a monster down low. Wood hit some damn big shots for us, though.

Howell is usually my default vote. If no one else stands out, he gets it, because of his consistent effort. Wood kept us in the game, though.

We will miss Howell the most, out of the 4 we lose this year.
Will miss Brown the second most IMO.

If they don't honor RH's jersey (I know the chances are nil) they should hang one with a lunch pail and names of players like him on it. I still wish they would honor his jersey though.

I wish I could have a Howell on my team every single year. Guy has been amazing this season. Too bad some of his teammates can't remove their heads from their sphincters long enough to join him.

Rich. He could be the player of the year for us. The announcers seemed to have caught on, every time we have played recently they say how underrated he is, and I totally agree. He's 'quietly' putting up some massive numbers. As shaky as our rebounding has been I don't even want to think about how it would be without him. We are going to miss him big time next year.

We played like crap in the first half except Howell. We got ourselves into a position to win and then totally collapsed. We acted like the freshmen and sophmores not UNC. Embarassing. Howell was the man. Who the heck allowed Bullock to get 13 rebounds?

I think it's possible that we honor Big Rich's jersey. If all continues to go well, he'll be just the fifth player in our history to get 1,000 points and 1,000 rebounds. I don't know what the criteria for jersey honoring is, but he would seem to be a candidate.

I was disappointed in our team's effort (if not game plan and effort) and CJ obviously had a terrible showing. He tried to do too much and then seemed to sulk when things didn't quickly work out. That seems to be the trend. Having said that, I also remember that there have been games that we would never have won without him and I expect there are still games to be played that we will win thanks to him. Some of you act like you can't stand the guy. I'll reserve my public vitriol for someone other than a player in a State jersey.
