Watched them play Gardner Webb in their season opener in 2006. So this was their first home game as defending champs and the place was about 60% full. Only real energy came when Noel hit a game winning 3 with about 5 seconds left.

Went to a Duke game against the same opponent in the middle of December. Night and day difference with atmosphere and experience.

The fans around me were alright.  One redneck couple behind me kept saying the most idiotic things about Gottfried and Leslie and in general being obnoxious.  

After the game, the fans were generally civil saying that we had a good team and all.

Shockingly enough, very few people called me Sidney Lowe.

Traffic is bad (once again).  They really need to fix that.

The had concerts there when it was first built, then everyone realized how much it sucked.

They also built it on the promise that it would not cost the taxpayers $1.  It costs us $1mm a year.
