I have to believe there is something personal between Roy and Hairston.
No other reason for him to not play him more until he has to now. I bet Hairston leaves after this season.

UVA has games coming up with Duke and Miami, they need a big win to secure NCAA berth. Their schedule is toilet paper soft this season, in the 300's in SOS.
