I haven't followed football recruiting closely (because it has been so painful for so many years).  But how is this recruiting class looking as far as rankings?  And yes, I realize player development is more important than the stahhhhs.  But you aren't going to do great things without SOME 4- and 5-star guys on your roster.  They can develop, too, you know.

How is this class comparing with recent TOB classes?  I'm just wondering if we're getting a CDD boost.

I think ESPN ranks our class 12th in the ACC.....disbelief

I hope I am wrong in hearing that.

RE: Signing Day Forum

Aside from a Gomer Pyle "surprise, surprise" moment, God Rest his Soul...not sure the Chancellor would be in-the-know on who was coming, unless the recruit promised ESPN he was coming. Not sure whom on the Big Board would have enough swagger for that, unless ESPN just wants to showcase an ACC school not on probation! Dayes would be just a re-confirmation, but Asiantii Woulard would be a nice ESPN piece, he announces at 12:30pm. Or perhaps someone totally outside the box, but I just don't see it folks.

TOS has us ranked 6th in the ACC as of right now, just behind UNC and just ahead of Maryland.

In their ranking scale, we are nowhere near the bottom.

ESPN ranks UNC* #18, we arent in the top 40. How does that rate us just behind UNC* and just better than Maryland?

Hell, even Kentucky at 40 is ahead of us.

You can go to TOS and check out their rankings. They have it laid out there with an explanation.

I'll start worrying about unc-ch* when some of their 4* and 5* players beat out walk-ons.
