Miami will kill State on Sat without brown. Same for duke if he is out for that game too. States bench is small with out quality.

Good battle. I'll give our guys credit for the fight.
IF the game is officiated properly we win.
IF Brown doesn't go down we win.
But we lost.
At some point we just have to realize this team will never be better than above average until they can beat mediocre teams on the road.

Yeah, every close road game we lose is because of the refs. Every single time. It's never us. Ever.

I was happy with the effort and fight. That was a tough situation and guys gave it their all to try to fight through it.
Those of you who wish to rip the team, go ahead. IMO, you could not be more wrong in this case.

What the **** is the matter with this Jekyll & Hyde team? Beating the big teams, and losing to the bad teams. I'm ******* done watching these god awful ACC refs. I hate this conference!!! I see us losing three in a row.  Roy Williams is still an arrogant prick.

ESPN2 guy said it best: "CJ Leslie being pushed out of bounds so much...."
Not blaming the refs, but they were horribly inconsistent. Mugging here with no call, then touch foul there. Didn't benefit either team, but certainly kept both teams off balance.

Losing Lo was big, but missing lay-ups, lazy defense and it seemed like everybody wanted to play one on one and that's not to mention the random stupid stuff they did.

This one is on Gottfried. We have a point guard on the bench that did a pretty decent job tonight. Why isn't he in the game?
And how many times do announcers have to call out the ACC refs(yes, I said it) before the ACC does something about it?

Deb needs to be courtside on Sat. Leslie out of bounds? Not sure but sure seems like the officiating needs to be improved, they simply aren't good and it hurts the league, and yes I blame swofford.

The refs didn't cost us the game, but they didn't help by calling turnovers on Leslie when he was being pushed out of bounds anytime he drove the baseline.

Great effort tonight. With Brown out, we were in for a dogfight. With Brown, I think it would have been a different story. Props to VA for the win. On a side note, some of the posters on the game thread are straight up douchelords.

We are done for the next two games. Miami plays brutalball which we can't handle at home or away. Duke will get us at home. Once promising season goes back to bubble ball.

The first ******* question that should be asked in Coach Gottfrieds presser should be why in the hell did you take Tyler out with 4minutes to go and go back to Purvis at the point. Tyler had clearly looked like the best option all night.

Next man up. THAT'S the philosophy that good teams have. That's the philosophy that championship teams have.
Gottfried is...bad in late game situations. Wasting a 20 seconds dribbling the ball and not calling a timeout is stupid. This 'losing road games' nonsense has to stop.

ACC refs are horrible. All fans in the ACC has to agree with me on this. Way too inconsistent. Even the media pointed that out. It's past time to get Swafford canned.
