You just watched a race on the most boring track in NASCAR, so if you were entertained by that, you need to keep watching. I love NASCAR.
You think Daytona is worse than Talladega?

You both think both of those are worse than Chicago, Michigan, Texas, etc.  There are much more boring races than these.  At least these have speed.

Just saw the replay of the finish. LOL @ all the other drivers pretty much bailing on Patrick. She was driving safe when everyone else was going for the flag.

"Cookie-cutter" 1.5-2 mile tracks are boring.  I like Pocono (3 corners, not four), and the short tracks.  Not fun unless someone loses some paint!

The Texas track is extremely fast. Hell, Michael McDowell almost got killed there in qualifying a few years ago there.

Richmond, Bristol, or Martinsville are good races to go too.

Dover wouldn't be bad either.

Darlington as well.

Martinsville, Bristol, Dover, or Darlington.   All those get exciting with no car leaving clean.

Dover and Richmond are both great races. Been to Richmond in person, but never to Dover. My favorite on TV and in person though is Martinsville, VA. Close second is Darlington, SC.

Dead on. These are definitely the best tracks and races now. Maybe not Martinsville though. The paper clip is too narrow to pass.

Bryanth, Bristol!!  But it's a very difficult ticket. Short track, very high banking, which creates better speed, and a lot of scraping and banging. You ought to go, believe you would really love it. Meet people from everywhere.

I am sure the economy played a roll; also re-doing the track to progressive banking allegedly contributed to this as well.
