Yes, wife and I talked to her for about 10 mins on the first day in the suite and she was very nice, approachable and very down to earth.

The second day she was just as nice and she even asked those of us that were sitting right around her if we needed any food or drinks while she was going to get some for herself.

And she does not come across as dumb or stupid like someone else said.
