Charlotte kept it close, but the Cats just dont have enough up front to win on a consistent basis, especially with Byron Mullens not playing right now. I hope we can get a big man in the draft and maybe another in free agency or by trade. This years draft picks seem to have some nice potential on the wing and the back court looks solid, but we got pounded on the boards. Outrebounded by 10 last night.

Thing to watch is how the Wizards are doing. They got Wall back this week and are only 2 games behind the Bobkitties for worst record in the league.

At least they won't have to worry about the media starting up a "chase" for the 82-game worst record since they now have 10 wins.  Granted, when they started 7-5, it wasn't likely to happen as it would have required the Bobcats to go 2-68 to tie the record and that would be a staggering level of futility even by Bobcat standards.

The Bobcats will suck until they get a decent low post scorer Mullens/Warrick/Thomas/Biyombo/Haywood are just not going to win you many games.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't hold my breath. Hopefully he continues to be an absentee owner who spends more time at Cubs games and the golf courses in the Chicago area, and lets the basketball people he just hired run the thing. That's what people keep telling me, anyway.

Wow, North Carolina has a pro team and this is the reaction, Guess you dont remember all those years of having to pull for out of state teams in all pro sports, or maybe the feelings of loss when the Hornets moved away(even though getting rid of Shin was a blessing) If you dont care, dont post on the thread or read it for that matter.

I actually enjoy going to a couple Bobcats games each year (to see the other team play) as I am a fan of the NBA and the tickets are reasonably priced.

Can't Seattle come and get this team instead of the Kings?  Let's trade them for the Mariners and some minor league teams to be named later.

The Bobcats are much better than last year, a lot of the losses this year have been because of someone doing something stupid in Tyrus Thomas fashion. This team will be a playoff team in 2-3 years. And the Hornets soon as well.
