Gophers struggling a lot right now. Turning the ball over and giving Richmond easy buckets. 17-8 Spiders.

Mav drains an open three. Gophers needed that to drop.

Richmond has already put up 20 shots this game compared to Gophers 10. They aren't making manyk, (35%) but the volume has them witha 17-11 lead.

Allowing too many offensive rebounds and we're up to 8 turnovers.

Oto gets it stolen and fouls on the fast break. Horrible play by him. If you are going to foul the guy, foul him and make sure he doesn't get the easy two.

Richmond does have 7 Offensive rebounds. Not a good start for Minnesota.

Another turnover by the Gophers lead to a fastbreak bucket.

Sitting in the upper press row puts me right near the crowd who are voicing their displeasure. I've heard, "Put the JV back on the bench." As well as, "Tubby, wait till you see Duke."

I think its a little early in the game to be that worked up.

Absolutely. 11 turnovers for Minnesota to just three for Richmond. Gophers are lucky the Spiders 3s haven't dropped yet. Shooting just 3-11 from deep. Minnesota will be buried if Richmond starts nailing those on a consistent basis.

Rodney snakes his way to the basketball for a layup. 22-18 Gophers who are playing with some energy as the crowd comes alive. Loving the effort here.
