Anyone who wasn't sure if he could recognize talent should be sure now. Nate Andrews just picked up a 'Bama offer and Duke Riley just picked up an LSU offer. Granted we probably won't land either of these kids now but it does go to show that Kill and Co. can spot talent and that has me very excited to see how the team will perform as we get more and more Kill kids on the team and they have time to develop under a real coaching staff.

if i were a kid getting looks from the big schoold like LSU and Bama i would have to think about playing and what i want to get out of it.

I know everyone wants championships and titles but there is something to be said about playing time and the chance to play early.  a 3 star athlete at those schools are getting recruited to sit on the bench as security for the 4 and 5 star recruits.  they may never crack the lineup and to practice everyday for the chance to watch the team and play special teams is not always as great as it sounds.

hopefully these commitments understood where their offers were from Kill and the Gophers and still value this programs dedication to the success of their careers

i'd be nervous about Godwin too. USF still seems in it for him.

I am quite nervous about that one too. It's still nice to see that Kill's targets are being validated by having other BCS programs pursuing them and we're gonna lose a few but I think that if the staff continues to spot these kids early and get them on campus we'll see some of them choose us and stick with us and that once we start winning more we'll see more and more of these type of kids pick us and stick with us. Also I do think it is more of a when not if we start winning more.
