As certain as anything is June 2.  August 30, we will know for sure, maybe.

The optimist in me hopes all three are eligible and two produce well this season and the other contributes on special teams or gets some good reps. The rational part of me believes two make it eiligibility-wise and one produces immediately. The pessimist thinks two get here and one produces but in future years (Warmack). Here's to hoping!!

Re: Videos-Warmack, Clinkscales and Derricott

Warmack was the first on campus a week ago.

Dvonta is finishing a class and we will know his eligibility at the end of June.

Clink is finishing 2 classes and we will know at the end of July.

I expect dvonta and clink to both make it. Both seem very serious about wanting to be here and doing everything they can, unlike Marquez Clark, who stopped going to classes while telling the coaches everything was on track.

I was net surfing for a 40 time after watching the Warmack video. He was pulling away from so many of those guys on film. I found this. I didn't realize Tech had such speed at RB.

Dalton Risner is on campus as well and posting locker pictures and other cool things.  Great to see the kids so excited to become Wildcats!

Silly article.  Tyreek Hill should not only be on that list, but be listed #1.

Agreed. He broke Newman's KSU record in the 60 meter this spring. Anyone in the 4.2 range is absurdly fast. I'm trying to recall how much separation a tenth of a second gives someone in space. Those tenths add up to feet quickly.

Re: Videos-Warmack, Clinkscales and Derricott

Wow McDaniel is very physical, looks like he will cause some fumbles but may also draw some flags; Clinkscales is bull strong but seems a little slow off the ball at times; Derricott is cat quick and very aggressive, may benefit from a redshirt year to learn the system but is so athletic it may be very hard to keep him off of the field, same with Warmack. Great influx of talent and energy.

I agree. Danzel appears to be an excellent one.  Anyone have a feel for Luke Hayes? From what it is saying he may be an integral part of the line this year. This team is looking STRONG on paper.

Re: Videos-Warmack, Clinkscales and Derricott

Danzel does not give those receivers any space and seems to really mess up their routes. I'm used to 10 - 15 yards cushion. I wonder if our coaches will let Danzel play like this or make him back off too.

I think that Oklahoma State beat Baylor by defending the pass exactly like Danzel does; sticking right next to the receivers all the time.

I hope they let them play up when needed. I was at Baylor 2012 (almost hurt worse than 1998 A and M, almost) and Zimmerman injury aside, we gave them way too much space and were picked apart.

Re: Videos-Warmack, Clinkscales and Derricott

If clinkscales does qualify and gets here in july, I bet there is a 95% chance that he will redshirt. Theres not very much time between mid July and the first game- if he plays next season it'll be because he's a beast

Re: Videos-Warmack, Clinkscales and Derricott

Last year we had two d-lineman get here in August and they both saw the field and neither were as heralded as Clinkscales....so if he makes it, it will come with quick returns for us...i think it looks like the cards are stacked for this year to be great....no reason to have that talent riding the bench the whole year....
