Man do I hate to here Fisch say, "We are waiting on coach Buckley to join us".  Especially after a major let down like this game was!

Some of our players are showboat's, Look at me dunk? Look how great I am? Sometimes I think that our coach is a bit of a showboat himself, But if they Talk the Talk, they should Walk the Walk. JMO

Im normally pleased with the way Crean coaches but this one is on his head. Can someone please explain to me why he didnt call a timeout when we had the ball to set up a play? We had 2 timeouts left and we could have had the last shot basically. Worst case scenrio we are going to OT. Makes no sense. Also agree with the poster above me, way to much show boating in this game and it was obvious they thought it was over and it came back and bite us in the ass. Worst lost since the lost in the Big 10 tournament to Minnesota back in 2007, not even close. Killer lost to our chances to a possible conference title.

Coach Crean is always available after a win, and while no one wants to accept losing, he has to learn to handle a loss better and to address the media after a loss. There was and will be only one RMK.

I'm not sure, but I suspect Coach was concerned about getting his team off the floor and into the locker room as the frenzied crowd rushed the court.  He did show up for the post-game presser, and IMO represented himself and our program with class and equanimity.  You can hear and view the presser at ITH:

Hello IU Fans,

Marquette fan and Coach Crean fan here.  I did find on youtube where he did show up for the interview.  Coach Crean has "righted the ship" for two basketball proud programs...no one can deny this fact.

I'm not sure, but I suspect Coach was concerned about getting his team off the floor and into the locker room as the frenzied crowd rushed the court. 

That was my very next thought after the dismay of watching what happened on that play.  I'm really surprised we don't hear more about opposing players getting hurt in those kind of situations.
