Bryce Alford and a Flashback

Here's an apple that didn't fall far from the tree.  Going to play for his old man at New Mexico next year.  The Youtube caption under the video say it's from Jan. 2012, but I think that could be a typo, since the video itself states Jan. 2013.  Either way, it looks like the kid can ball.

Wonder if Brian Sloan has a kid that Steve could recruit to set picks for his boy?

And after the huge win over Michigan yesterday, what about this one for the nostalgia freaks?  It's from 1987, but fits like a warm old sweater.  How did that 1987 season turn out again?

I mean this kid can play ball.  I am one of the all time Alford fans, so don't take anything I say as a criticism of him.  Steve was a shooting sensation, but he needed picks.  His son can create his own shots!  Also, nearly everytime Steve went to the goal he had it shoved down his throat.  This kid can go to the hoop and PASS better than the ol man.
Now, of course, this was a high school game, but still, some things seemed obvious.

The old man was able to take it to the hoop and get his own shots at will in high school (and was better at both at IU that most remember).
