I don't know if my eyes were playing tricks on me as I watched the IU-MSU on TV Sunday, but I thought I saw something unusual on several of Hulls shots from the floor.  In watching him over the years, and reading an Article on his shooting technique his normal release point is about shoulder level to his right side. On several shots Sunday (including a really funky 3 pointer he put up in the first half), it appeared to me that he raised the ball up over his head and released the ball from over his head. 

Did anyone else notice this, or is it time for me to get another eye exam?

I know that there was something different about his shot or it seemed so to me. Check it out further. Did you notice that he launched a bad one in the last minutes, I wondered What was he thinking? A freshman mistake by a senior.

I know one thing..........his free throw shooting has sure went to hell, compared to where it used to be.
