Indiana-Georgia

Looking for a competitive game, and some insightful analysis from the General.

Hanner Perea and Peter Jurkin will be there, but not able to play (yet).  Word is their appeal will be heard on Friday at the latest--maybe even as soon as tomorrow.

Go IU.  Let's git 'er done.

Andy Katz just confirmed another hearing tomorrow for Perea and Jurkin.

Hulls knocks down the first three. Makes Knight look like a genius.

Well, about the best thing we can say about that half is that it's over.

Sloppy half offensively for both teams, maybe due to decent defense being played. Our shot selection is questionable, some silly turnovers, unable to put a run together for the half.

We'll see what adjustments we can make at the half to find some kind of rhythm. Georgia is not a great shooting team, but they are quick and athletic and are the most intense defense we have seen this year.

Need to find another gear, ratchet it up a notch in the second half. Having the starters back on the floor will help.

Two observations:

Jordan Hulls is a man.

Bob Knight is a genius.

Great job by both tonight. Oh, and Oladipo wasn't bad either.

"I think Muhammad is lucky they lost to [Georgetown]," one Western Conference (NBA) executive said. "Indiana would've put Oladipo on him, and I'm not sure [Muhammad's] ready for that yet.

"Everyone wanted to see him against No. 1 Indiana, see him against Zeller, but fate probably did him a favor".

gotta love some of this stuff... but can't judge a kid on his first game.

Zeller still sick.
