Indiana-Purdue

Well, the season comes down to this game.  PU is playing for bowl eligibility, IU is playing for pride.

Go IU!  Make us proud.

Plenty of good seats available at kickoff time. The tailgaters are still sipping the cocoa, it seems. Not a raucous home crowd for the Boilers.

Houston draws first blood! Nice job getting him out in space, and establishing the running game on the first possession. Houston can move the pile, but he's pretty nifty when he can get to the edge. Great start for the Hoosiers.

afraid Purdue wins this one...IU = no defense again....IU can't out score what their defense gives up.

Well, the defense did look pretty porous on the two scoring drives by PU. 14-7 early in the second quarter is still anybody's game. Some decent field position to start this next drive would be helpful.

We're moving the ball halfway decently on the ground, but Coffman has not looked sharp. Two drops by Roberts haven't helped.

IU has to be the absolute worst tackling team in the country...oh...did I mention all the mistakes...penalties..etc...if they don't pull in some big time defensive players (I know they have a couple)...it's another 3-4 win season next year.

Re: Indiana-Purdue

IU's problems are lack of players AND coaching. This goofy, hurry up offense looks like crapola. Heck, our own olineman have struggled today because of the nature of this hurry up style.

The more I start to think about Kevin Wilson and what he's not been able to do, like beating weakass Ball State, North Texas and others, he hasn't impressed me much.

We are tackling like we just had our nails done.

Plenty of time to right the ship, but the momentum is back on the Boilers' side. We need to answer that last debacle.

You sir, are a dumbass. Ball State is NOT a weakass team. YOU are a weakass fan if anything. Just shut the hell up already. Seriously, you have no patience at all. I understand your frustration, but you act like IU is a powerhouse or even good at football and they havent been in years. You think you can do better? Try it, you'll fail worse.

Coffman seems to be settling into a little better rhythm with the short passing game, but we're not able to stretch the field. Getting some better protection, though, as the game wears on. We should be targeting Latimore more, IMO.

Don't look now, ladies, but it's a new game with 12:14 to go. Gut check time for both teams. Pretty good football game, if you ask me.

Are you sure you didn't just sneak a peek?  Another PU touchdown and we tackled like they have the ebola virus.  Need an answer now.

Where was the offensive facemask? How is that an NFL flag but not NCAA flag?

Well, now we're down two scores. There's enough time, but we'll need some help from PU if we don't get a quick strike here.
