The StL Rams are beyond desperate for WRs and HC Jeff Fisher has never been afraid of having guys on his teams with character flaws.

Yet after several days of physicals and interviews this week, Fisher decided to "go a different direction' and cut Titus Young. Sam Bradford can only hope the Rams use some of the RG3 draft picks to get him a weapon or two. (It doesn't look like they'll have enough cap space to get a #1 like Mike Wallace or Greg Jennings in free agency.)

I would love to hear the real story on TY because the NFL will put up just about anything if a guy can help a team win on Sunday. This guy must really be something else. What?

This is a guy who claimed to be better than Calvin Johnson, would purposely line up in the wrong spot to try and get the ball, and do nothing but ***** and moan.

Rams were the only team that claimed him and cut him like a week later. He is done.

with the retirement of johnny knox, i wouldn't mind giving him a chance.

As a Rams fan, I was a little geeked up when they signed him simply because StL doesn't have anyone at WR who can get separation. At least da Bears have Brandon Marshall who is a great talent with a head that could explode at any minute.

I'm not saying Young has talent like Marshall, but TY is the kind of guy teams will take a chance on in the NFL.

I'm hoping Tony Sofley or Rick Venturi or Bernie Miklaus on 101.1FM (East St Louis) will give us the inside scoop Monday on what this guy did to get cut from the only team in the league desperate enough to put in a claim. What transpired during those few days of interviews and physicals in StL?

Megatron is the best reciever in the league hands down.  Titus Young would be on some wicked crack if he even thought he was good enough to sniff Johnson's jockstrap, let alone being better.  I rememberr when Rob Ryan said that Megatron would be a number 3 reciever on the Cowboys because of Desmond Bryant and Miles Austin.  After that comment, I'm sure that Ryan is smoking the same crack.
