Pro Bowl by the numbers

Pro Bowl by the numbers

Cal has four alums in the Pro Bowl this season (could go up by one, given Nick Sundberg is a pretty good bet to get added as the long snapper).

Cal has more Pro Bowl selections this year than USC, UCLA, Oregon, Arizona and Washington (all have one except Oregon, which has two; the rest of Pac-12 has none), along with other schools with multiple selections in Boston College, Georgia Tech, Oklahoma, North Carolina, Missouri, LSU, Florida State, Penn State, Wisconsin and Virginia.

Tennessee and Miami lead the way with six selections apiece, while Georgia and Texas each have five selections.

Re: Pro Bowl by the numbers

As Gilberston said post Cal, never a problem getting good players to Cal.  Holmoe and Tedford reinforced that point.
