Cal confident it can slow Oregon's blur (Premium)
California has had success slowing down Oregon's spread option offense the past two seasons, but must overcome injuries.

Really...Oregon was going with 12 freshmen, won 59-17 and that's what you got? Sweet. --------------------------------------------- --- jrsmithe wrote:

Actually, I thought the Bears were well coached today and played well . . . definitely our most physical opponent--good luck the rest of the year.

I'm not trolling...I like your fans, but I must admit to finding that moral victory amusing. --------------------------------------------- --- jrsmithe wrote: greengoblin wrote: Really...Oregon was going with 12 freshmen, won 59-17 and that's what you got? On Saturday, you discovered that your team isn't bullet-proof. A 3-8 Cal slugged it out with your team for half the game. What a relief it must have been when Oregon finally pulled away. I'll bet you've already looked at the AP rankings this morning. Hehehe.
