Trouba is coming to Michigan 

And the Michigan daily is being sued for 200,000. Here is the link. Nice to see the kid coming to Michigan.

Lawsuit isn't going to happen. Or at least not in the US. They'll file a lawsuit in Canada and even if the Michigan Daily is found guilty, nothing will come of it. Needs to go to trial in the US in order for the Daily to suffer any real consequences. It's just posturing by the OHL team, trying to make it seem like they mean business. Isn't a big deal. I believe Slovin had a good scoop, Kitchener just doesn't want the cat out of the bag. Junior leagues are somewhat dirty - colleges know it, the teams know it, the players know it etc etc.

Like every hockey season I'll believe who is on the team when they walk out of the tunnel against Windsor October 9. It will be weird seeing someone other than Shawnie leading them onto the ice too, but that is a different thread. biggrin

Somewhat?  Canadian junior leagues make the NCAA look like choir boys.
