Dan Jennings starting for LBSU tonight against UNC
He's having a good start to the second half. I know he left here on bad terms, but glad he's found a place he can have some success.

You can't hold it against him. We all know Huggins is one of the toughest, if not the toughest, coach to play for. He's playing well against UNC which shows he has the talent, just not everybody can play well being berated by their coach. John Wooden never ripped into his players, and if he did it was done behind closed doors and no one knew about it. Every coach has his style, and not every player can play for every coach.

And Danny knew that coming in. Sorry, but he knew what he was getting into. Take off the kid gloves. John wooden never cursed his players. He was a bear in practice though. Many player recall being tourn into by him. But just like Huggs they loved him and respected him enough to deal with it.

Jennings record at WVU
Freshman season: 1.5 points, 1.6 rebounds average per game.
Sophomore seasson: 2.1 points. 2.5 rebound APG.
Not exactly cream of the crop.
I wish the kid well, though, as I do all Mountaineers (once they put on the uniform, they're Mountaineers forever for me; once they coach at WVU, they're Mountaineers forever for me).
If it's good for my alma mater, then I'm in favor of it.
