OFFICIAL 2010 GUN SEASON PHOTOS
staff tack this one to the top for the duration of the year please.  got an 8 point here in wood county this morning. better conditions. but can feel the temp dropping. the deer will start moving and stay moving tonight |

got this 6 point about 735-745 am. had left later in the morning after the sun was already coming up. dropped my cousin off to his stand and continued up the electric right of way. went about 150 yards and then shut the 4 wheeler off right at the ridge of a hill. got off the 4 wheeler, loaded a round into the 7 mm mag and hadn't made it 20 yards before i seen this guy coming thru the woods across the electric right of way.
no wind and he's coming uphill to me with the sun in his eyes. i'm kneeling with the bipod planted firm and lining up the shot as he's walking out of the woodline. high angle shot from above, shot entry was about 5 inches below the top of his back right thru his heart and out of hte bottom of his chest cavity. fur flew he jumped and never moved again. 250 yard shot. gotta love those. now to get a doe for my mom and it's all good.

No Buck but I did get a Doe on the 2nd day in the Buckeye! I can't complain I have gottin Buck 3 years in a row. I was due to miss out this year I reckon?....lol

My nephew with his 11 pt. and me with my 10 pt. from first day of Ohio gun season. Date on photo is not correct.

If I posted this before, just disregard this post. My Grandson actually shot these in 2009, so they probably don't count.
