WVU wrestling misses another one 

Dylan Cottrell was a 4X WV state champ and Dutton Award winner as the State's outanding wrestler. He also finished second last month at the high school nationals, defeating numerous other State's champions, showing he can beat the big boys, too.

Dylan signed with D-1 Appalachian State, which had 2 more NCAA All Americans than WVU this year.

I caught his state finals match this year...this guy is BRUTAL.  One of the best to come out of WV in a long time.

Not to mention  South's David Jeffrey is going to Lehigh.

Did anyone see Zeke Jones coaching in the Olympics? I got a chuckle when he got a warning by the the officials. He was fighting for his wrestler. He was correct in fighting for him because he did get screwed in points awarded or lack ther of.

Cottrell beat both WVU wrestlers at 149 at the NC State Wolfpack Open. What a missed opportunity.

WVU has not been relevant in wrestling since Nate Carr and Zeke Jones left; time for a change at the top.
