Yeah no big deal, just one of the greatest players of all time playing in the playoffs during the prime of his career. No big deal at all. If you like sports in general, you should at least watch Lebron play in the playoffs.

I'm not a big NBA fan, but mostly because I'm not a big sports fan in general.

The playoffs are great, though.

The NHL playoffs are great too.

I can watch either, with no rooting interest, and the games keep me engaged.

Re: The Heat

Diving should be a technical foul in the NBA.

Even then, the referees wouldn't call it on the superstars.

Let's all hate on the NBA. How cool.

NBA playoffs are great. The level of play is infinitely better than anything in the NCAA level.

I prefer the passion of NCAA.

It was apparent after the 1st quarter last night the Pacers had mailed it in.

The only thing keeping me interested in the NBA playoffs is my desire for the Heat to lose.

Also...I would hope the level of play is better....considering these are professionals being paid millions of dollars....to play the game.

Is it safe to say MLB players are more talented than college players?

NFL players than CFB players....

NHL players etc?

What a revelation.

I hardly ever watch an NBA game. I sometimes do read the scores to see who won the playoff games. The NBA has such a long season. I prefer college basketball. Its better IMO

I just can't watch anymore!

Stupid statement. Modern playoffs will be remembered just as fondly and are just as fierce, with just as many superstars as any other era. There are four future Hall of Famers on the Heat alone. No matter who comes out of the West the Finals will be a rematch of one of the last two finals, and last years Finals was one of the best Finals series ever.

It's such a old man idiotic thing to talk about how it used to be tougher and better. Did you watch the game last night Lance Stephenson was smacking people in the face, there were bench players threatening him, it was as physical and intense as the sport gets.

If Chris Bosh makes the HOF ....

They should close the doors.

He's made 1.... Yes 1 All NBA team.

That was a 2nd team selection in 2007.

Yeah he's the only one that's not a sure thing. But still, if you look at his career, he's got extremely good numbers, and he's on this Heat team that's going to be remembered as an all time great dynasty. The odds are in his favor.

Bosh will end up getting in.  People forget just how good this guy is...he was a 24 and 10 guy in Toronto...because he's sacrificed his personal stats to be the third wheel and win championships.   The HOF voters won't forget.  He won't be a first or second ballot guy, but he'll get there eventually.

If it ends up being a Spurs-Heat rematch, you've got a series where you can potentially see as many as 8 future HOF'ers on the floor at the same time, which is borderline ridiculous.

Also a rematch Finals, the year after one of the better Finals ever. If you can't get into that matchup, there's no hope for you.
