Somehow the terribly unathletic Noreen managed 9 pts and 8 rbs. While our athletic players did nothing --------------------------------------------- --- yidio10 wrote: Horsetowater wrote: yidio10 wrote:

--------------------------------------------- You do realize if it wasn't for KJ last year it would have been just as bad. Next year not looking much better at this point. Hyped recruits mean nothing until they are here and prove that they can play as at this level and as a TEAM.

Well Henderson, Hinds, Harris and Staten(athletic players) played 84 minutes and scored 16 pts, 7 rbs, 2 assists, and 8 turnovers. It's been 10 years since WVU has witnessed such poor basketball
That team was a team of mostly freshmen they ended up being pretty good. The players that aren't willing to work need to go. If you aren't staying here in the summer and working your butt off then you need to go because frankly we don't need another year like this year. Be like the 2003 class or go home.

Thought about exempting Noreen but his lack of willingness to take the open shot bothers me too much as he seems to have some touch on his shots. Too indecisive. Has Huggins ever given him the green light to actually take shots? I know he's taken a few jumpers and a couple layups, but only 2-3 per game.

It takes him 5 seconds to take the shot; if he doesn't , he doesn't shoot.

His hesitation makes me think that Huggins might not want him to shoot or that they'll be some sort of repercussion if he misses. I'm trying to remember the player that Huggins benched 2 years ago whenever he missed a shot. He did it repeatedly, I can't think of his name for the life of me.

Re: Roster Blow-up
I think Gerun, Miles, Aaron Brown, and one of the three of Jabari, Gary or Staten will all be gone. if I had to guess it will be Staten. Huggs likes Garys toughness and Jabaris' quickness too much, but there is not room for all 3..
