Robert Allen: Gundy Turns Down Vols

Per vols scout site posted a few minutes ago...

He is sideline reporter for OklaSt. and does a radio show in the mornings. He thought it was a play for Gundy to get more money for assts and more control

robert allen on the radio: "i've got some news, mike gundy is staying at oklahoma state... he has made a decision.

It would appear that way. Supposedly, Louisville is working on an extension for him. Brett McMurphy says "Strong had an offer from Tennessee."

Louisville and Tennessee are now in a tug of war over Strong. Bids going back and forth.

If Strong leaves Butch Jones named as leading candidate for UL job.

Why would Butch go from one BE to another? UL isn't leaving for 2 seasons most likely, by then he will be gone from UL and at a BCS school.

So who will UTenn hire if Strong turns them down as well?  Most good candidates are gone.
