Alright! Let's see if Big O can't run the debt up to 40 trillion before he sneaks out, my money says he can! Maybe he can completely distort all our relations with our long time allies around the world, he's doing great so far! The program originally provided land lines and still does.
Its about providing low income families with phone service.
Wireless was added in 2005 3 years before Obama was in office.
The fact is Obama has nothing to do with the Lifeline program, never did, he didnt create it 25 years ago.

In 2011 there were 569,635 getting free cell phones in Obama's Illinois

That is a 429% increase. Why the big increase on Obama's watch? I'll let everyone believe what they want.

Wireless phones are becoming more and more the norm if you havent noticed BC. Many people dont have land lines any more. So saying that cell phone use has increased over the years is stupid.

The Export/Import Bank who's board was appointed by Bush approved the money to go to Brazil for drilling. The caveat is that it is a loan from America's Export/Import Bank that is not funded by taxplayer dollars, but by the money they make on the interest from the loans they make to such countries as Brazil. Another plus is that the money loaned to Brazil can only be used on US machinery and personnel to do the drilling. So it makes money on interest and it puts US drilling resources to work. The southen, and more important portion of the pipeline is being fast tracked while the northern section is delayed (but still in the works) until they find a more eco friendly route for it. I know "OBAMA:2016" doesn't bring up those points, but that's why I checked them at "factcheck.org".
