Looking to Refinance 

I would like to refinance on my existing mortgage.  If anyone works in this field, please contact me.  I would like to stay with a local firm if possible.  My existing mortgage is above 6% and it's fixed.  My credit is good, have not had any late payments, and income is not a problem.  Thanks
