The worst logo on the market is the Chevy bow-tie by far. You would think they would snazzy it up a bit ...still implement the bow-tie if they insist, maybe smaller, and with something around it...anything but that plain simple bow-tie. Ford and Dodge actually did a nice job with it's logo. One of my basic favorites is the BMW ...the foreign car import logos are mostly all excellent.

That’s crazy talk right there. Chevy bowtie is simple, clean and classic. Although I DO hate they way they (and most other car companies now) put a GIANT foot wide GOLD BOWTIE on every damn car now. A small, clean, chrome one would be better. Of course this is all subjective. I think the WORST logo out there (mainstream) is Hyundai followed closely by.... Some of the better ones are Is a coincidence the best logos come from... luxury automakers? No.

Ford's is the greatest waste of an opportunity.
Just tweak it to retrofy it, then produce a Sanford & Son style pickup truck with that logo on it.

I agree. Hyundai's logo looks like the Bizarro World version of Honda's, which is not that great in the first place.

the reason that the chevy logo looks so cheap is that every time you see it, it is stuck to a POS car. . . just sayin'!

Re: Automobile logos...good and bad
Caddy, Benz, and Jag are classic.
A good way to look at this is place the luxury logo on a p.o.s. car and vice versa. Still as good?
Fast, cheap, or good.
Pick two.

That is no longer the Dodge logo, it's the Ram logo. Dodge is this now:

Re: Automobile logos...good and bad
Cadillac and Corvette have always been two of my favorites as well. Funny that Corvette has its OWN logo, and doesn’t use the Chevy bowtie. (which is a good thing).

To my eye, that's actually pretty sharp. The extended sans serif over the emblem is understated retro chic. Brings to mind aviation in the 1930s...

Re: Automobile logos...good and bad
Chop...The Corvette logo implements the out-dated Chevy logo ...which is what I have been saying ...it's still on the Vet, but seriously ...how would JUST that bow-tie look on a Vet? El-cheapo big-time.GM should doing something similar for the Chevy Line of fine machines. Use it, fine, but not just stick the bow-tie alone on its machines. Am sure the bow-tie could be snazzed up with something exciting. If I were good at photoshop..would do a few samples.
Hell, the old 1930's Chevy logo is better than the current one.

Meh, SSDD, your antagonisms are useless pops. Vipers have been world class automobiles for nearly 20 years, once in a great while a worthwhile Cobra comes along. Anyway, this is rather funny: Flip the Viper logo upside down and it looks like Daffy Duck.
