Who would you start out of these,

WR - Jordy Nelson vs Wes Welker

Defense  - Houston, Baltimore, Green Bay or San Fran

WR is a tough decision but I'd go with Nelson - provided the weather is reasonable.   Here's my thinking:  The Giant's secondary is more beatable than Denver's.  Both NE and GB spread the ball around to a lot of different receivers but I think the NE TEs will get more attention than Welker this week.

Def is between Baltimore or Green Bay.   I don't think the Houston offense gives up a lot of points to opposing defenses.  Manning will probably be good for some picks and GB is opportunistic.  I'd roll with Green Bay.

Nelson

for the same reasons Harp mentioned.

Baltimore D

BAL will build just a big enough lead and then run, run, run to kill clock. The HOU offense is all based off the run, so they'll have to run, run, run with any hope to set up the pass. If they get behind and are forced to pass, look for the BAL D to get a few picks and many more sacks.

Misses the band moderately less.

I'd go with Rodgers.

I could see the GB/NYG being a more high scoring affair. Depending on which Manning shows up, GB could be in for a shootout.

With NE/DEN, I think NE gets a lead and then plays ball control to kill clock.

Good luck.

Misses the band moderately less.
