Union Has Decertified. 

There is a tough battle ahead...the NFL may lose some games because of this.  That got me thinking - if the season started in mid-October, would the Clowns even participate?  I mean, their season is usually over by then anyway.

Looking on the bright side, this gives Cody extra time to get even more out of shape.

And what a rookie year for the sculpted NT.  His games against the Browns were standouts!

Well he hasn't played but he racked up a DUI last December.

Kindle was arrested on Dec. 26 after being pulled over in Howard County.

According to police, an officer detected an odor of alcohol and reported that Kindle had bloodshot, glassy eyes.

Kindle acknowledged having a few drinks and said he was coming from a Washington nightclub and was driving a friend to the airport.

Kindle missed his entire rookie season with a fractured skull suffered when he fell down two flights of stairs in late July.
