-- Let them be PO'd if that's what they chose to do. The real shame is that the FO felt a need to go after a QB at an elevated spot. So the team is a net "loser" as far as McCoy and Wallace's production. Ah well. Not every player works out. McCoy may be a work in progress, but the time to work with a guy is limited by necessity.

-- This is the question. Can the coaching staff effectively use the pieces they have to build a good team?  There are many moving parts and last I checked there are other teams we play who want to win as well.

You have to coach well and you have to scheme well and you have to have some ability to think on your feet as events unfold. Within the parameters set by the guys you currently have.

It's a challenge. If only they would listen to me...
