Surprised? I've been calling for Moore since the SB. He's the FA QB I think we should sign.

According to this column, Norv Turner is a "big fan" of Matt Moore and tried to get him to come to San Diego in 2011. Moore went to Miami because he had a better chance to start. Same reason he might bolt Miami to come to Cleveland.
