Or can Sheard really adapt as an olb? 

Can Taylor really play a 3-4 end?

If Rubin and DQ were better in a 4-3, what's their future now?   

Good questions.

Horton has stated he sees Sheard playing olb and putting him in positions to take advantage of his skill set.

Taylor will not play DE, but play NT along with Hughes.

Rubin will move to DE and the coach feels he will be impactful there.  DQ stays to keep the balance on defense.

That's what we've heard so far.
